Gift Vouchers purchased at www.lovehate.com.au can only be redeemed at www.lovehate.com.au and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. To purchase a gift voucher please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the desired purchase amount and receiver details. Gift vouchers may be redeemed by entering the provided voucher discount code at checkout.
Your LoveHate item is covered by a 3-month warranty. This means we are happy to repair, replace or refund a faulty item within a 3-month period from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover items that have not been cared for as recommended in our product care information. Damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to appropriately use and care for the item properly and reasonably will not be covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, stains, marked, torn, soiled items or degeneration of plating.
LoveHate items are not made for “heavy duty” usage, due to the unique combinations of materials that are used in production. They can certainly be used everyday, but they must be treated with love and care. We recommend that you take off any accessories when doing strenuous or physical activities. We also advise that jewellery never be worn to bed, in the bath, pool or shower and that all LoveHate items to be stored in their original packaging when not being worn.
LoveHate offers a repair service on our jewellery when possible.
The standard fee for repair is $10.00-$20.00 unless the item is found to be faulty.
Our jewellery is covered by a 3-month warranty. If it is returned within this period from purchase and the item is found to be faulty, we will repair the item free of charge. This does not cover damage to the item caused by the purchaser.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to prove that the item is within the warranty period. If no receipt is provided, there will be a fee for repair.
If an item is returned outside the warranty period there will be a fee for repair.
Watches have a warranty of 12 months for the workings and 6 months for the battery. If the battery is beyond warranty we can replace it for a $25.00 fee, or recommend a watch repairer in the city.
If a customer has tampered with an item and already attempted to repair/alter it there will be a fee for repair. It must also be understood that sometimes it is not a possible to repair a tampered with item if it has been damaged beyond repair.
Please understand that depending on the staff working, we cannot asses all repairs on the spot, however will be in contact with you as soon as possible to advise if the repair is possible and if there will be a fee.
If the item is returned to the store via postage, the cost of posting the returned item to Love Hate and back is to be worn by the purchaser unless the item is faulty. Proof of purchase and photos of the item must be emailed through for review as to whether the item is deemed faulty.
Repairs can take 14-21 days (please also allow shipping time if the item is posted). Where possible we will strive to get an item back as soon as possible, however there can be some delay if we need to order parts or at busy times of the year.
